Guidance for Appointment of Representative on MyTax

This article provides a step-by-step guide for end users on appointing representative on MyTax.
Step 1:
Please log in to your MyTax account at following link: https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/.png)
Step 2:
Once you logged into your MyTax account, click on “Individual”..png)
Step 3:
Click on “Directors of the company / Organization Administrator” and choose the company for which you intend to appoint a representative.Note: To appoint a representative as the Employer for e-PCB and Form E purposes, follow the same steps, selecting "Employer" under role selection.

Step 4:
Once updated the role selection, click on “Profile”..png)
Step 5:
Go to “Appointment of Representative”, select “Identification Card No.” as type of identification, enter the representative’s IC number, then tick authorisation box for “Perform relevant functions under the provisions…” and click “Submit”.If you wish to engage us for e-invoicing services, please also tick the authorisation box for “Implementing functions for Myinvois”.

Step 6:
Upon submission, you will receive notice of successfully added representative.The details of the representative will also be shown at the bottom along with their permission function and status.
